Cause
An attempt to remove the HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP) daemon resource failed because either the resource was running or other resources depended on it.
Action
Check the status of the identified HTTP daemon resource and stop the HTTP daemon resource before removing it. The force flag could be used to remove the HTTP daemon resource if other resources depend on it.
