Modifying the VIP is not allowed because the VIP name "{0}" resolved to both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses
Cause
The existing VIP name maps to both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses and the user tried to modify one of them.
Action
Remove the VIP resource, issue the command 'srvctl add vip' providing either the IPv4 or IPv6 address the VIP name resolves to and then rerun the 'srvctl modify vip' command.
