Cause
An attempt to add the Kernel Virtual Machine (KVM) to the specified KVM resource failed. This could have occurred because the Cluster Ready Services (CRS) stack was unavailable or the resource had not been created.
Action
Verify that the CRS stack is available and that the resource exists and retry the operation.
