Cause
An attempt to remove the Kernel Virtual Machine (KVM) from the specified KVM resource failed. This could have occurred because the Cluster Ready Services (CRS) stack was unavailable or the resource had not been created.
Action
Verify that the CRS stack is available and that the resource exists and retry the operation.
