CRS stack is running on more than one node.
Cause
An attempt to upgrade or move the Oracle Grid Infrastructure (GI) was rejected because CRS stack was running on two or more nodes. For self-patching in non-rolling mode, CRS stack should be running only on local node.
Action
Manually shut down the CRS stack on other nodes and retry the move or upgrade command.
