The fast recovery area parameter is already set for database "{0}" and is different from the value passed in the -fra argument.
Cause
An attempt to setup autoupgrade tool to perform the upgrade of the database failed because there is already a fast recovery area set for the database and the argument -fra was used to set a different value.
Action
Verify the argument value and retry the operation.
