Cause
The FPPS detected the specified datapatch command did not make any progress in the period of time indicated after one retry.
Action
Identify and terminate any long-running database session for the database that has been moved and retry the move command. If the hang persists contact Oracle Support Services.

Datapatch santity checks reported ERROR for database "{0}" running on instance "{1}" at ORACLE home "{2}". Datapatch output: {3}
Cause
Datapatch sanity checks validation reported ERROR for the indicated database. The current database environment delivered a report of which prerequisites are not met in order to avoid human intervention after patching due to issues in the apply/roll back of patches and a potential outage in some scenarios.
Action
Examine the accompanying error messages, address the issues described, and retry the operation.
