Failure to perform Oracle update advisor operation because user registration to Oracle update advisor has not been completed
Cause
Attempt to perform a Oracle update advisor operation is being rejected because the user is not registered to Oracle updated.
Action
Register the user with Oracle update advisor planner using the 'rhpctl manage updateadvisor -registeruser' command and retry.
