Cluster Verification Utility is failing to start.
Cause
The start operation for the Cluster Verification Utility (CVU) resource is not completing because the command did not execute correctly on the target node. The accompanying messages provide detailed failure information.
Action
Ensure that the target Oracle Grid Infrastructure home is available on the node, and that the 'srvctl start cvu' command is valid and can be executed succesfully. Review node connectivity and permissions. Examine the accompanying error messages, address the issues described, and retry the operation.
