Cause
The specified patch does not meet the criteria for online application using the 'rhpctl apply patch' command with the '-online' option. Either the patch property "Need to shutdown Oracle instances" is set to true, or the patch description does not contain "JDK BUNDLE PATCH".
Action
Use a patch that does not require Oracle instances to be shut down and that includes "JDK BUNDLE PATCH" in its description.
