The output from the datapatch precheck command "{0}" for database "{1}" could not be read.
Cause
The datapatch precheck command does not produce readable output, or Fleet Patching and Provisioning cannot read the generated output.
Action
Run the datapatch precheck command manually with the required options to generate sqlpatch_summary.json. Review the generated JSON file. Resolve any reported patching issues, run datapatch if pending patches are reported, and then retry the operation.
