Cause
An attempt to provision a working copy with a policy-managed database was rejected because the client cluster contained Leaf Nodes which cannot access ACFS storage managed by Rapid Home Provisioning (RHP).
Action
Specify LOCAL or NFS for the '-storagetype' option for the provisioning of Oracle database home on all nodes of the cluster.
