Cause
The Oracle Grid Infrastructure did not allow a Leaf Node to be added as part of this Oracle Cluster configuration because the Grid Naming Service (GNS) was not configured.
Action
Specify a Hub Node or configure the GNS using the command 'srvctl add gns' and retry the operation.
