Cause
A request to act on the Rapid Home Provisioning repository was rejected because this requires the Rapid Home Provisioning Server to be stopped.
Action
Use the command 'srvctl stop rhpserver' or, if necessary, use the command 'srvctl stop rhpserver -force' to stop the Rapid Home Provisioning Server and then retry upgrading the Rapid Home Provisioning repository.
