Cause
An attempt to upgrade an Oracle Database is rejected because Configuration Verification Utility is reporting one or more errors. The accompanying messages provide detailed failure information.
Action
Examine the accompanying error messages, address the issues described, and retry the operation. Alternatively, use the -ignorecvuprecheck option to bypass the pre-checks.
