An attempt to migrate a database with zero downtime is being rejected because the mutually exclusive parameters DATAPUMPSETTINGS_DATAPUMPPARAMETERS_ENCRYPTION=NONE and DUMPTRANSFERDETAILS_PUBLICREAD were specified.
