Cause
The Patch Planner response contains an image download URL that is missing, malformed, uses an unsupported protocol, has an invalid host or file path, or returns an invalid redirect.
Action
Verify that the Patch Planner service returned an HTTPS image download URL with a valid host, file path, and redirect target, then retry the operation.
