Cause
An attempt to migrate a database was rejected because the infrastructure shape and workload type of the database on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) with the specified Oracle Cloud identifier (OCID) could not be determined.
Action
Ensure that the GET request to OCI database service for the specified database returns a valid response, and then retry the operation.
