Cause
An attempt to migrate a database was rejected because the Autonomous Database on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) with the specified Oracle Cloud Identifier (OCID) was not configured with the indicated predefined database service.

Verify the configuration of the specified Autonomous Database, and then retry the operation.
