Cause
An attempt to create a database link from an Autonomous Database on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to an on-premise database was rejected because was rejected because information was not specified about the OCI Object Store bucket which would be used to store the wallet containing certificates for the on-premise database.
Action
Specify information about the OCI Object Store bucket, and then retry the operation.
