Cause
An attempt to migrate a database using Oracle Data Pump was rejected because an Auth Token was not specified for the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) user with the specified Oracle Cloud Identifier (OCID).
Action
Either specify an existing Auth Token, or specify that Oracle Zero Downtime Migration should create a new Auth Token, and then retry the operation.
