Cause
An attempt to migrate a database with zero downtime was rejected because a password-based Oracle Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) keystore was detected but the keystore password was not specified.
Action
Specify the Oracle Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) keystore password, and then retry the operation.
