The target keystore password is not needed when source keystore credentials are not provided.
Cause
Credentials for target keystore were provided for non-CDB to PDB migration but source keystore credentials were not provided.
Action
Reissue the command providing credentials for source database eystore, or without providing target keystore credentials.
