Cause
An attempt to migrate a database with zero downtime using Oracle GoldenGate was rejected because the Oracle database parameter JOB_QUEUE_PROCESSES was set to zero for the indicated instances of the specified database.
Action
Increase the value of Oracle database parameter JOB_QUEUE_PROCESSES, and then retry the operation.
