Cause
An attempt to migrate the specified database with zero downtime failed because neither Oracle Cloud unique identifier (OCID) nor the TLS access wallet path was provided in the response file.
Action
Either provide TARGETDATABASE_OCID response file parameter or the TARGETDATABASE_CONNECTIONDETAILS_TLSDETAILS_CREDENTIALSLOCATION parameter, and then retry the operation.
