Cause
The attempted operation is being rejected because the specified job mode requires the Oracle Data Pump dumps to be encrypted and encryption feature is not available for Oracle Standard edition.
Action
Refer to the product documentation for the supported case and retry. Either of following options are available Set DATAPUMPSETTINGS_DATAPUMPPARAMETERS_ENCRYPTION=NONE and retry or Set DATA_TRANSFER_MEDIUM=DBLINK and retry
