ZDM_BACKUP_TAG value is not specified for a migration using an existing backup.
Cause
An attempt to migrate a database with zero downtime was rejected because ZDM_BACKUP_TAG value was not specified in the response file. ZDM_BACKUP_TAG value is mandatory when ZDM_USE_EXISTING_BACKUP value is TRUE.
Action
Ensure that ZDM_BACKUP_TAG value is specified in the response file.
