Cause
An attempt to migrate the specified database with zero downtime failed because passwordless secure shell (SSH) connectivity between cluster nodes was not available.
Action
Set up passwordless SSH connectivity between target nodes and then retry the operation. Refer to Oracle Database documentation more details regarding passwordless SSH connectivity between nodes.
