Cause
An attempt to migrate a database with zero downtime was rejected because an active master key currently being used by database was not found in Oracle Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) keystore for the specified database.
Action
Ensure that all active master keys are available in the wallet and then retry the operation. Refer to Oracle Database documentation for more details regarding keystore administration.
