Database migrations to Exadata Cloud Service and Exadata Cloud at Customer requires same DB_NAME (init.ora parameter) for source and target databases but "{0}" and "{1}" were found instead.
Cause
An attempt to migrate a database with zero downtime was rejected because source and target DB_NAME were different.
Action
Ensure that source and target DB_NAME are the same and retry the operation.
