Source database version {0} is not supported for Oracle Data Guard broker with cascaded standby.
Cause
An attempt to migrate a database with zero downtime is being rejected because the database (earlier than 12.1) does not support Oracle Data Guard broker with cascaded standby.
Action
Ensure that the source database version is 12c or later and reissue the migration command.
