Cause
An attempt to migrate a database with zero downtime is being rejected because the ORACLE_HOME path specified in the response file property ZDM_UPGRADE_TARGET_HOME is not a valid database ORACLE_HOME.
Action
Provision ORACLE_HOME using the 'dbcli' database command line interface utility.
