Cause
Conversion of the database is failing because the option '-instance' is not specified to convert the single instance database to its equivalent Oracle Real Application Clusters One Node (Oracle RAC One Node) database configuration.
Action
Use the command 'srvctl convert database' with the '-instance' option.
