Unable to convert RAC One Node database because it has a failed online relocation request
Cause
An attempt to convert an Oracle RAC One Node database to an Oracle RAC database failed because there was a failed online relocation request for the database.
Action
Use the command 'srvctl status database' to show the target node of the failed online relocation request process. Run the command 'srvctl relocate database' with either the '-abort' option or with '-node' option with the correct target node. Then run the command 'srvctl convert database'.
