Cannot start the instance {0} on the specified node {1} because the node is assigned to another instance {2}.
Cause
The database specified on the command 'srvctl start instance' has a different instance configured on the node name specified with the '-node' option.
Action
Either reformulate the command 'srvctl start instance' so that there is no conflict with instances or nodes, or use the command 'srvctl modify instance' to change the configured instances.
