Action
Specify a Oracle Cluster Registry location that is not currently in use. Use the 'crsctl query css votedisk' command to get the list of voting files used by CSS. Use the 'asmcmd lsdsk --member' command to get the list of disks used by ASM. Specify a location that is not in either list.
