Cause

An attempt was made to change the Oracle Cluster Registry backup location to an ASM disk group when the Oracle Cluster Registry was not configured on ASM.

Action

Migrate the Oracle Cluster Registry to ASM before changing the Oracle Cluster Registry backup location to an ASM disk group.
