Cause
The integrity check failed for one or more of the configured Oracle Cluster Registry locations.
Action
Use 'ocrcheck' command to validate the block integrity of the configured Oracle Cluster Registry locations. Delete the corrupt locations using the command 'ocrconfig -delete corrupt location'. If all configured Oracle Cluster Registry locations are corrupted, check the availability of backups using the 'ocrconfig -showbackup' command and restore a compatible backup. If you are not able to resolve the problem, contact Oracle Support Services.
