Oracle High Availability Services is not running on the local node.

Cause

An attempt was made to execute the 'ocrdump' command when the Oracle High Availability Services was not running on the local node.

Action

Run 'crsctl start crs' command to start the Oracle High Availability Services on the local node and reissue the command.
