Cause
An error occurred while attempting to read the log file sync settings specified in file: /etc/syslog.conf.
Action
Verify read access to file '/etc/syslog.conf'. Oracle recommends prefixing all log file specifications in /etc/syslog.conf with the '-' character which will result in the log messages being written to system cache and flushed to disk later.
