Cause
The Configuration Verification Utility (CVU) determined that Oracle Real Application Clusters (Oracle RAC) was not enabled for the indicated software home on the indicated node.
Action
Use the command 'ar -t home/rdbms/lib/libknopt.a| grep kcsm.o' to determine if Oracle RAC is enabled for the software home on the indicated node. Ensure that Oracle RAC is enabled for the software home and retry the operation.
