Oracle Managed Files is not in use for the Oracle database "{0}".
Cause
A query showed that the parameter DB_CREATE_FILE_DEST is not set. Oracle Managed Files is suggested to be configured for a successful local rolling patch operation.
Action
Ensure that the indicated Oracle database uses Oracle Managed Files and retry the operation.
