I/O Completion Ports (IOCP) device status did not match the required value on node "{0}". [Expected = "Available"; Found = "{1}"]
Cause
IOCP device status was not 'Available' on the indicated node. The IOCP device status must be 'Available' in order to list the candidate disks when creating ASM disk group.
Action
Login as the root user and change the IOCP device status to 'Available' using the command '/bin/smitty iocp' and reboot the node for the changes to take effect.
