Cause
An attempt to mount the indicated file system at the indicated location with the indicated mount options failed because the 'insecure' NFS export option was not used. The 'insecure' option was required for Oracle Direct NFS to make connections using a non-privileged source port.
Action
Ensure that the indicated network file system is exported with the "insecure" option and retry the operation. If the retry fails, examine the accompanying error message, resolve the problems indicated there, and then retry the operation again.
