Cause
The environment variable PATH needs to be updated to include the value "%ORACLE_HOME%/bin;". However, doing so will cause PATH to exceed the maximum allowable length that this operating system allows.
Action
Ensure that the length of your current PATH environment variable is less than that of specified maximum allowed length, so that adding of "%ORACLE_HOME%/bin;" does not exceed the operating system's environment variable length limit.
