GNS VIP is active before Clusterware installation
Cause
GNS VIP was found to be active on the public network before Clusterware installation.
Action
If you are upgrading an older release of Clusterware this is not an error. In case of new installation GNS VIP will be brought up by GNS resource after Clusterware installation. Make sure that GNS VIP is configured to be an unused IP address.
