Cause
One or more nodes in the cluster do not synchronize with the NTP Time Server indicated.
Action
At least one common NTP Time Server is required for a successful Clock Synchronization check. If there are none, reconfigure all of the nodes in the cluster to synchronize with at least one common NTP Time Server.
