Check of common NTP Time Server failed
Cause
The NTP query command showed there is no common time server among all of the nodes in the cluster.
Action
At least one common NTP Time Server is required for a successful Clock Synchronization check. Reconfigure all of the nodes in the cluster to synchronize with at least one common NTP Time Server. If you plan to use CTSS for time synchronization then NTP configuration should be uninstalled on all nodes of the cluster. Refer to "Preparing Your Cluster" of "Oracle Database 2 Day+ Real Application Clusters Guide".
