Network Time Protocol(NTP) configuration file not found on any of the nodes. Oracle Cluster Time Synchronization Service(CTSS) can be used instead of NTP for time synchronization on the cluster nodes
Cause
NTP is not configured on the cluster nodes.
Action
This is not an error if the system administrator intended to use Oracle Cluster Time Synchronization Service (CTSS) for clock synchronization on the cluster. If not then install NTP on all nodes of the cluster according to your NTP vendor documentation.
