Cause
The indicated ASM parameter file did not exist at the identified location.
Action
Ensure that the ASM instance is configured and started using an existing ASM parameter file, SPFILE or PFILE on the indicated node. If a new ASM parameter file is created, restart the ASM instance to use that ASM parameter file.
